Life is so busy
Filled with worries and anxiety
People tend to live blindly
We seems to be always in a hurry
And make life become not so easy

Thanks God for linking me with Henry
We determine to build our never-ending love story
And to spread love and peace in human society
Enthusiastically, go further and love more to reflect God’s Glory
Yes, that’s not so easy
With God, we need not to be worried
He is walking with us and carrying our crosses throughout our life journey

Arranged by God with love and glory

The first anniversary of Brother Roger's death

The first anniversary of Brother Roger’s death will be observed in a very simple way, with a celebration of the Eucharist at 8.30pm on the evening of 16 August, in the Church of Reconciliation. Several thousand young adults from over sixty countries, in Taiz?that week, will take part.

The Gospel reading during the celebration will be the Beatitudes (Matthew 5.1-12), which was the reading at the evening prayer on 16 August last year.

And Brother Alois will say this prayer:

“Eternal God, we praise you for the given life of our Brother Roger.

Through his life and his death he has led us on the way of trusting in you, the living God, whose love and forgiveness have no limits. Even with very little faith, we can surrender ourselves to your Word and to the breath of your Holy Spirit.

Through Christ you unite us is one single communion, the communion of the Church. And you send us, with our human frailty, to announce a mystery of hope.

So may peace be achieved on the earth, and that peace of heart that our Brother Roger so much desired for every human being.?lt;/I>

Presiding at the Eucharist will be Mgr Gérard Daucourt, Bishop of Nanterre.

Beautiful prayer

Received a beautiful prayer from a friend.....

Dear Lord,

I thank You for this day. I thank You for my being
able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a
forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me
and You keep on blessing me. Forgive me this day for
everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you.

I ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep me safe from all
danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and
plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day
to clear my mind so that I can hear from You. Please broaden my mind
that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I
have no control over.

And it's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits.

I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart.
Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I
may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak...
Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others.

I pray for those that are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those who are
misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You
intimately.

But I thank you that I believe. I believe that God changes
people and God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers.
For each and every family member in their households.

I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes that they are out of debt
and all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there
is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is
in Your hands for You to fight.

I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.
God I love you and I need you, come into my heart, please.
